T-shirts can be made in a variety of tissues, depending on the end use. The most common options are:
Cotton with or without spandex (ideal for daily use)
Spandex viscous or rayon point (more fall and softness)
Sporty or polyester hymn with spandex (for high performance and sports T-shirts)
📐 Important on the neck
When the neck is cut into the same main fabric or used skewed strip in elasticated fabrics, it is essential to reduce the length of the contour. This prevents the neck from being wavy or loose.
🔁 Suggested reduction: between 10% and 15% of the neckline, depending on the elasticity of the fabric.
👉 Always perform a test before cutting into the final fabric.
🔥 Considerations for sublimation (if you apply this technique)
Pre-shrink the fabric with heat before cutting to avoid deformations after sublimation.
Use quality paper and inks for intense colors without saturation of the fabric.
Recommended temperature: 190-200 ° C for 35-40 seconds (fit according to your equipment and fabric).
